bKlug supports Shopify, VTEX, Nuvemshop, Tray, Linx, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Wake, and WooCommerce as native integrations. Each one uses the platform's official catalog and orders APIs. No data scraping, no fragile webhooks, no "please update this manually" flows.
What gets synced
Products, variants, prices, stock levels, promos, product images, categories, custom attributes you've configured on the platform. We mirror the catalog into our own search infrastructure and stay synced under a minute on every change.
What doesn't sync (by design)
Customer PII from your e‑commerce account. Order details for non-bKlug orders. Internal brand data your customers shouldn't see. The sync is scoped to data the agent legitimately needs to answer shopper questions and place orders.
