Prerequisites
An active e‑commerce platform we support (see Integrations). Admin credentials so the catalog sync can authenticate. A WhatsApp Business number (we can provision one if you don't have one).
The flow
1. Sign in to the Brand Portal at portal.bklug.ai. 2. Connect your e‑commerce platform via the integration wizard. 3. Review the catalog sync (we show you exactly what's mirrored). 4. Set your brand voice instructions (or pick from templates). 5. Connect WhatsApp. 6. Go live.
