Your catalog is the source of truth. bKlug maintains a mirror in our own search infrastructure so customer queries don't generate traffic on your storefront. The mirror updates within a minute of every change you make in your platform admin.
Update propagation
We listen for platform-native change events (Shopify webhooks, VTEX events, etc.) and supplement with a recurring delta poll so no change can be missed if a webhook is lost. Every change is reflected in the agent's search layer within ~60 seconds.
Image processing for the visual search layer runs on a separate pipeline, also within the same SLO.
