Lead Product Engineer

Role Overview:

As Lead Product Engineer, you’ll own key components of our platform, guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality shipping cadence and roadmap delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end feature development in .NET Core and Next.js.
• Mentor mid/senior engineers, review code, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across AI, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to scope and deliver priorities.
• Set architecture standards, maintain tech health, and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ in a leadership/tech lead capacity.
• Strong track record in building complex systems (chat, e-commerce, AI integrations).
• Skills spanning scalable architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, mentoring.
